1 month agoCapsule CRM is decent, but it feels like it could do more. The interface is user-friendly, which I appreciate, but sometimes it lacks the depth I need for my business. I love the ability to customize fields, but I've run into a few glitches that can be frustrating. The integration options are okay, but I wish there were more third-party apps available. Customer support has been hit or miss for me—sometimes quick responses, other times not so much. Overall, it's a solid tool, just not a game-changer for me. Hoping for more updates and features in the future!

1 month agoI've been using Capsule CRM for a while now, and I really enjoy the experience! The interface is super user-friendly, making it easy to manage my contacts and tasks. I love the customizable features that help me tailor it to my needs. However, I wish there were a few more integrations with other tools I use. Customer support is great, but sometimes it takes a bit to get a response. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to streamline their workflow. Definitely worth checking out!

However, I feel like it's missing a few essential tools that would make my life a lot easier. Sometimes, it can be a bit slow, which is frustrating when I’m trying to get things done quickly.
