1 month agoNutshell is a decent CRM, but it has its ups and downs. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. However, I’ve encountered a few glitches that can be pretty annoying. The features are solid, but some could use more depth. Customer support is okay, but I expected quicker responses. It’s great for small teams, but larger organizations might find it limiting. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement. I appreciate the efforts, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. Not bad, but not outstanding either!

The customer support is decent, but I wish they were quicker to respond. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not my favorite tool out there. It’s okay for basics, but I think it could be better!

I appreciate the user-friendly interface, but it feels a bit cluttered at times. The customer support is decent, though I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. I’ve had some hiccups with syncing my data across devices, which can be frustrating. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not as seamless as I hoped. It’s a solid tool, but there’s room for improvement. If you’re looking for something basic, it might work for you. Just don’t expect it to blow your mind. I’ll stick with it for now, but I’m keeping my options open!

1 month agoNutshell is a total letdown! The interface is clunky, and I found it really hard to navigate. Customer support? Nonexistent! Save your time and look elsewhere.

1 month agoNutshell is a huge letdown! The interface is confusing, and I keep running into bugs that ruin my workflow. Customer support is slow to respond, and I'm just not impressed at all. Definitely not worth the time or money!
