1 month agoKlaviyo is a decent email marketing platform that gets the job done. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a big plus for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. I appreciate the automation features, but sometimes they can feel a bit overwhelming. The analytics are solid, giving you good insights into your campaigns. However, the pricing can add up quickly, especially for smaller businesses. Customer support has been hit or miss for me; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, it’s a solid choice, but there are definitely areas for improvement. If you’re just starting out, it might be a bit much. I’d say it’s worth trying, though!

Customer support can be hit or miss; I've had some great experiences, but other times it feels like I'm talking to a robot. Pricing can add up quickly, especially for smaller businesses. Overall, it’s a good tool, but I think there's room for improvement. If they can streamline the setup process and enhance support, it would definitely be a 4 or 5-star experience!
