UrbaGrow has some great ideas, but the execution feels a bit hit or miss—definitely room for improvement!

I had high hopes for Urbagrow, but what a disappointment! The products I ordered took forever to arrive and when they finally did, they were nothing like what was advertised. Customer service was unresponsive, making the whole experience even worse. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Definitely won't be shopping here again!
