1 month agoPlerdy is a decent tool, but it has its ups and downs. The heatmaps are pretty cool and give some good insights into user behavior, which I appreciate. However, the interface feels a bit clunky at times, and it can be overwhelming trying to navigate everything. I also wish the loading times were faster; it can be a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry. The customer support is okay, but I expected quicker responses. There are some useful features, but they could use a bit more polish. Overall, it's not bad, but it has room for improvement. It’s a mixed bag, really. I might recommend it, but with some reservations. Just don’t expect it to be perfect!

1 month agoI had high hopes for this tool, but it fell a bit short for me. The interface feels clunky and not very intuitive, which made it frustrating to navigate. I encountered a few bugs that disrupted my workflow. Customer support was slow to respond, which didn’t help the situation. Overall, I think it has potential, but it needs some serious improvements.

1 month agoPlerdy has some cool features that I really appreciate, like the heatmaps and session recordings. They give a decent insight into user behavior, which is super helpful for optimizing my site. However, I found the interface a bit clunky at times, making it a bit frustrating to navigate. The customer support could be quicker too; I had to wait longer than expected for responses. Also, I wish there were more customization options for reports. Overall, it’s a solid tool, but it feels like it’s missing that extra polish. I think with a few improvements, it could really shine. For now, it’s decent, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best out there. Just okay for my needs!

I found myself getting frustrated trying to navigate through the features. While some tools are helpful, others seem a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. I also encountered a few bugs that interrupted my workflow, which was super annoying. Customer support took longer than I hoped to respond to my queries. It feels like it has potential, but it needs some serious refining. Overall, I'm not completely satisfied and probably won't be sticking around for long. I really wanted to love it, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. Here’s hoping they improve things down the line!

1 month agoИспользую Plerdy уже некоторое время и впечатления смешанные. Интерфейс неплохой, но иногда трудно разобраться в функциях. Поддержка могла бы быть быстрее, а некоторые инструменты требуют доработки. В целом, сервис неплох, но есть куда расти. Надеюсь, в будущем улучшат некоторые моменты!
