The user interface is decent, but it could definitely use some polishing. I appreciate the range of data sources, but sometimes the syncing feels a bit off. Overall, it gets the job done, but it's not quite as smooth as I hoped. Just an average experience for me!

1 month agoI really wanted to like Funnel, but it’s just a mess. The interface is clunky and confusing, making my data more frustrating than helpful. Definitely not worth the time or money!

1 month agoFunnel.io has some solid features that make data collection easier, but I’ve run into a few hiccups along the way. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but it could use some more customization options. I appreciate the integrations, but sometimes they don’t work as smoothly as I’d hope. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but not mind-blowing either!

The customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. It gets the job done, but I think there’s room for improvement. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—good potential, but not quite there yet.
