1 month agoI had a really frustrating experience with Travel Insure. Their customer service was unresponsive when I needed help with my claim. I felt totally lost trying to navigate their website, which was confusing and not user-friendly at all. The coverage I thought I had didn’t even apply when I needed it most. I ended up paying out of pocket for things I thought would be covered! I expected way more for what I paid. Definitely not worth the hassle. I won't be using them again!

1 month agoI had a terrible experience with Travel Insure. The customer service was almost non-existent when I needed help with my policy. It took ages to get a response, and when I did, it was unhelpful. My claim process was a nightmare; I felt like I was running in circles. The website was confusing and hard to navigate. I expected a lot more from a travel insurance company. I ended up feeling more stressed than protected. Honestly, I wish I had chosen a different provider. Save your time and money—look elsewhere! Never using them again!

Customer service was friendly, but I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Coverage options are decent, though I wish they offered more flexibility. I expected better customer support, but my questions went unanswered for too long. Plus, the policy options seemed limited compared to other sites I’ve used. I found the pricing to be a bit steep for what I got. It’s not the worst experience, but I definitely won’t be rushing back. Just hoping for more clarity and better service next time.
