1 month agoArcserve has its ups and downs. On one hand, the backup solutions are pretty solid and do the job well. However, I've run into some hiccups with the user interface; it can be a bit clunky at times. The customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. Sometimes, updates feel a bit slow to roll out, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's not a bad option, but there’s definitely room for improvement. If you're looking for something reliable, it might work for you, but don't expect perfection. Just an average experience for me.

1 month agoI've been using Arcserve for a while, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The interface feels a bit dated, and sometimes it takes ages to get support when I need help. I appreciate the effort, but the backup process can be glitchy and stressful. I expected more reliability, especially for the price. It gets the job done, but just barely. Hoping they can step it up in the future!
