1 month agoI’ve been exploring ITSM Processes, and I have to say, it's pretty solid! The content is super informative and really helps clarify some complex topics. I love the practical tips and real-world examples they provide. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through different sections. However, I wish there were more interactive elements or videos to spice things up a bit. Overall, it’s a great resource for anyone looking to deepen their ITSM knowledge. Definitely worth checking out! Can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

1 month agoI recently checked out ITSM Processes and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, there are some useful resources and insights on IT service management that I appreciated. The layout is pretty straightforward, making it easy to navigate. However, I found some of the content a bit overwhelming and not as detailed as I hoped. It feels like there’s a lot of potential, but it could use a bit more depth in certain areas. Customer support was decent, but there were times I wished for quicker responses. Overall, it’s a solid starting point, but it might not meet everyone's needs. I think there’s room for improvement, so I’d say it’s average—3 stars for now!

1 month agoI’ve been using ITSM Processes for a while now, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The content is pretty decent, and I appreciate the variety of IT service management resources available. However, I sometimes find the layout a bit confusing, which makes it hard to navigate. It’s not always easy to find what I’m looking for, and some sections feel a bit cluttered. I wish there were more interactive elements to engage with. The information is helpful, but I think it could be organized better. Overall, it’s a solid resource, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I keep coming back, hoping for some updates! Just an okay experience for now.

1 month agoI’ve been using ITSM Processes for a while, and it’s alright. The content is helpful, but sometimes it feels a bit repetitive. I appreciate the insights, but I wish there was more variety in the topics. The layout could use a little sprucing up too. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoI really wanted to like this site, but it’s been a huge letdown. The content is outdated and feels more like a chore to read than anything helpful. Navigation is a nightmare; I often find myself lost trying to find basic info. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—it’s like they’re ghosting me! I expected more useful resources for the price. Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn’t recommend.

1 month agoI’ve been using ITSM Processes for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. The content is pretty solid, and there are some useful resources, but I feel like it could be more organized. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what I’m looking for, and the navigation could use a little work. I appreciate the effort put into the articles, but some of them seem a bit outdated. The community aspect is nice, though—it’s great to connect with others in the field. Overall, it’s a decent site, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement. If you’re looking for some basic info, it’s worth checking out, but don’t expect to find everything you need right away. I'm hoping they update some of the content soon!

1 month agoI've had a pretty solid experience with ITSM Processes! The content is super informative and really helps break down complex topics. I love how they cover a wide range of IT service management processes. It's clear that the authors know their stuff. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. A few things could be a bit more in-depth, but overall, I’ve learned a lot. Customer support is decent too, always ready to help. Definitely worth checking out if you're into ITSM! Just a few tweaks and it would be a perfect 5 stars.
