1 month agoMicro Focus has some solid tools, but I feel like they could use a bit more polish. The interface can be a bit clunky at times, which makes navigating a hassle. Support is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses. The features are great once you figure them out, but it takes some time to get used to it all. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—useful, but not without its frustrations. I’d say it’s worth checking out, but don’t go in expecting perfection.

1 month agoMicro Focus has some solid tools, but the experience is pretty hit or miss. The website feels a bit outdated and navigation can be a hassle. I often find myself searching for info that should be easy to access. Customer support is decent, but response times can be frustratingly slow. It's a bummer because I really want to love their products. Updates and bug fixes seem to take ages, which is a drag. Overall, I think there’s potential here, but they need to step up their game!

The product features are impressive, but I wish there was better documentation to help out new users. Customer support is decent, but I've had to wait longer than expected for replies. Overall, it's a mixed bag—definitely useful, but there's room for improvement. I hope they keep working on making things smoother!

1 month agoI’ve got to give Micro Focus a solid 1 star. Navigating their website feels like a maze with no exit in sight. The interface is clunky and outdated, making it really frustrating to find anything. Customer support? Good luck with that! It’s like they’ve vanished into thin air. I expected more from a tech company, but this experience has been a total letdown. Time to rethink my options—there are better places out there!

The support team is generally helpful, but response times can be hit or miss. It’s great to see a wide range of products, but navigating through them can be overwhelming. Overall, it's decent, but there's definitely room for improvement. Worth checking out if you have specific needs, but not perfect.
