I really wanted to love my experience with Serena & Lily, but it fell a bit flat. The selection is gorgeous, no doubt, but the quality didn’t match the price tag. I received my order, and while the design was spot on, the finish felt a bit cheap. Customer service was nice but slow to respond, which was frustrating. Shipping took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times. I expected so much more given the hype. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—great aesthetics but lacking in execution. I might consider shopping here again, but I’ll definitely be more cautious next time. Here’s hoping they improve!

Once I finally placed my order, the shipping took ages, and I felt like I was chasing them for updates. When my items finally arrived, they were not as high quality as I expected. Plus, customer service was unhelpful and kind of rude when I reached out. For the prices they charge, I expected way better. Honestly, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Super disappointed!
