I had high hopes for this site, but it just didn't deliver. The layout feels a bit clunky, making it hard to navigate. I found some useful info, but a lot of it seemed outdated or irrelevant. Customer service was slow to respond when I had questions, which was frustrating. It’s nice to see a platform for neighbors to connect, but it needs more features and better organization. I really wanted to love it, but I’m left feeling disappointed. Hopefully, they can improve things in the future. For now, I can only give it two stars.
