1 month agoI recently tried using AXS.com to grab some tickets, and honestly, it was a bit of a hassle. The site feels cluttered and navigating through it was not as smooth as I expected. I had trouble finding the right event, and the loading times were frustrating. When I finally got my tickets, the fees were way higher than I anticipated. Customer support was hard to reach, which added to my annoyance. I mean, I just wanted a simple ticket-buying experience! Overall, it’s okay, but definitely room for improvement. Not the worst, but not the best either.

1 month agoI had high hopes for AXS, but it’s been kind of a letdown. The website can be super clunky, and I often find myself frustrated trying to navigate it. Plus, the ticket purchasing process feels a bit sketchy at times. I’ve had some issues with my orders, and customer service hasn’t been very helpful. It’s a bummer because I really wanted to enjoy my experiences. I wish they’d step up their game and make things smoother. For now, I can only give it 2 stars.

1 month agoI had a terrible experience with AXS. The website is super glitchy, and I couldn't even complete my ticket purchase. Customer service was unhelpful and took forever to respond. It felt like a total waste of time. Definitely won't be using this site again!

1 month agoAbsolutely terrible experience! The website is a maze and crashes way too often. Customer service? Forget about it! I’d rather buy tickets elsewhere than deal with this mess again.

1 month agoI’ve used AXS a few times, and it’s been a mixed bag. The ticket purchasing process is pretty straightforward, which is great, but I've had some issues with the app crashing. Customer service isn’t the best either; it took a while to get a response. On the plus side, the selection of events is solid, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it’s decent but definitely has room for improvement. I’d say it’s just okay for now!

1 month agoI had such high hopes for my experience, but wow, was I disappointed. The website is super clunky and hard to navigate. I spent way too much time trying to find tickets, only to end up frustrated. When I finally got through, the fees were outrageous! It felt like I was being hit with hidden charges left and right. Plus, when I tried to reach customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. No one seemed to care about my issues. I ended up missing the event I was so excited about. Overall, this site needs a serious overhaul. I won’t be using it again anytime soon!
