1 month agoHonestly, my experience at Dillard's was a letdown. The website is super slow, making it frustrating to browse. I had issues with my order that took forever to resolve. Customer service was not helpful at all, which made it worse. Items I wanted were out of stock, but the site didn't even show that. Overall, not impressed and definitely won't be shopping here again!

1 month agoI've had such a frustrating experience with Dillard's online shopping. The website is super confusing, and I could barely find what I was looking for. My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, half of it was wrong! Customer service was no help at all; they seemed more interested in passing me off to someone else. Also, the quality of the items I received was disappointing, not what I expected at all. I had to deal with returning things, and that was a whole other headache. I really wanted to love shopping here, but this has been such a hassle. I don’t think I’ll be using their site again anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble!

1 month agoI recently shopped at Dillard's online and had a pretty good experience! The selection is fantastic, with a great mix of brands and styles. I found some amazing deals on clothes that I absolutely love. The website is easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I was looking for. My order arrived quickly, and everything was just as described. One small downside was the customer service; I had a question and had to wait a bit for a response. Overall, I'm really satisfied and will definitely shop here again!

1 month agoI recently shopped at Dillard's online, and I have to say, my experience was a bit of a letdown. The website is pretty cluttered, making it hard to find what I wanted. I spent a lot of time scrolling through pages of items that just didn't match my style. The sizing options were confusing, and when my order arrived, the fit was all off. I also ran into some issues at checkout; it took way longer than it should have. Customer service was okay, but they didn’t really help me solve my problem. Plus, shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating. Overall, I had higher hopes for my shopping experience. I think I might look elsewhere next time. Just not quite what I was looking for.

1 month agoI recently shopped at Dillard's and it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The selection is pretty good, and I found some nice clothes, but the website was a bit tricky to navigate. I had a hard time filtering my search for what I wanted, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the checkout process was smooth and my order arrived on time. The quality of the items I received was decent, but I did have to return one because it didn't fit quite right. Customer service was helpful, but it took a while to get a response. Overall, I think there's potential here, but the website could use some improvements. I might shop again, but I’m not in a rush. 3 stars feels just about right!

I love the variety of clothes and home goods, but shipping can be slow. Customer service is hit or miss, which is frustrating. Overall, it’s okay, just not my first choice for online shopping.

However, I've noticed that some items can be a bit pricey, especially when I see similar things elsewhere for less. The website is pretty user-friendly, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered. I've had a couple of issues with shipping delays, which is frustrating. Customer service has been hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, I enjoy shopping here but feel like there's room for improvement. I’ll keep coming back, but it’s not my go-to place. Just okay, you know?

When I finally found a pair of shoes I liked, they were out of stock in my size. I get that things sell out, but it was frustrating to see items still listed when they weren't available. Customer service was hit or miss, too—some reps were super helpful, while others seemed indifferent. Overall, I love shopping here for their selection, but the online experience could really use some work. Just a bit disappointed this time around!

The selection is decent, and I love some of the brands they carry, but the website can be a little tricky to navigate. I often find myself hunting for specific items, and it takes longer than I'd like. Customer service is hit or miss – sometimes super helpful, other times not so much. Shipping has been pretty standard, but I wish they had better return options. Overall, it’s an okay experience, but I think there’s room for improvement. I keep coming back, though, so that says something!
