I had high hopes for Wren Kitchens, but what a letdown! The customer service was terrible; it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. My kitchen was delayed multiple times, and no one seemed to care. When it finally arrived, parts were missing—seriously?! The quality was not what I expected either; it felt cheap and flimsy. I spent a lot of money for what I thought would be a dream kitchen, but it turned into a nightmare. Trying to get help for issues has been a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. Save your time and money!

I recently checked out Wren Kitchens and had mixed feelings. The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus! I found some great design ideas, but I was hoping for more variety in styles. The kitchen planner tool is handy, but it could use a bit more flexibility. Customer service was okay, but I felt like I was waiting a bit too long for answers. Prices seem reasonable, but I think some items are a bit overpriced. Overall, it’s a decent experience, just not as impressive as I expected. I’ll keep browsing, but I’m not convinced yet.
