1 month agoCSA Research has some interesting insights, but it feels a bit hit-or-miss for me. The content is solid, but sometimes it lacks depth and variety. I appreciate the effort put into their research, but I wish they offered more engaging formats. Navigation can be a bit clunky, making it hard to find specific info. Overall, it’s decent, but there's room for improvement!

1 month agoI've been checking out CSA Research for a while now, and it's pretty hit or miss for me. On one hand, they've got some interesting insights and data that can be really useful. On the other hand, I sometimes find the content a bit dense and hard to navigate. The layout could definitely use a refresh, making it easier to find what I'm looking for. Customer service is decent, but I’ve had a couple of slow responses. Overall, it's a solid resource, but I wish it was a bit more user-friendly. Not bad, but not amazing either!

Navigating the website can be a real chore, and it feels outdated. Customer support hasn't been very responsive either, which is frustrating. I expected more for the price I’m paying. It's not all bad, but it definitely needs some improvements. Hoping they can step up their game!
