1 month agoEkahau is a solid tool for Wi-Fi planning and design! The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes it easy to get started even if you're not a tech whiz. I love how it provides detailed heat maps and reports that really help in optimizing coverage. The only downside I've encountered is that it can be a bit slow on larger projects, but it's manageable. Customer support has been helpful whenever I had questions, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a great investment for anyone looking to improve their wireless network. Definitely worth checking out! Just a few tweaks, and it would be a perfect 5 stars.

1 month agoI've been using Ekahau for a while now, and honestly, it's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The interface can be pretty clunky, and I often find myself frustrated trying to navigate it. While the coverage mapping is decent, I've encountered some inaccuracies that led to confusion during setups. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but other times it feels like I’m just getting generic responses. I really wanted to love it, but the experience hasn't been smooth. Hoping they can improve things in the future!

1 month agoI’ve been using Ekahau for a while now, and it’s definitely got its ups and downs. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate, but I’ve encountered some bugs that can be frustrating. The heatmaps are useful for visualizing coverage, but sometimes the accuracy isn’t spot on. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. The features are solid, but I feel like some could be more intuitive. Overall, it’s a decent tool for Wi-Fi planning, but there’s room for improvement. I appreciate the effort they put in, but I’m hoping for some updates that enhance the user experience. It’s a good start, just not quite there yet!
