1 month agoQualtrics is definitely a mixed bag for me. On one hand, their survey tools are super powerful and really customizable, which is great for detailed research. But on the flip side, the learning curve can be pretty steep, especially if you're not tech-savvy. Sometimes I feel like I’m lost in a sea of options and features. Customer support is helpful, but it can take a while to get responses. Overall, it does the job, but I wish it were more user-friendly. It’s solid, just not the easiest tool to navigate!

1 month agoHonestly, my experience with Qualtrics has been a huge letdown. The interface is clunky and feels outdated, making it a pain to navigate. I expected more from a platform that claims to be user-friendly. Customer support? Nonexistent! I’ve sent multiple queries and still haven’t heard back. The pricing is ridiculous for the limited features you actually get. I’ve run into so many bugs that it’s hard to take this seriously. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get feedback and the tool just doesn’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for reliable survey solutions. Total disappointment!

1 month agoI've been using this platform for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The features are cool and all, but the user interface feels clunky and confusing at times. I spent way too long trying to figure out basic functions that should be straightforward. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, other times it feels like I’m talking to a robot. The pricing is also pretty steep for what you get, especially if you’re just starting out. I really wanted to love it, but I think I’ll be looking for alternatives. Overall, it’s just okay—definitely room for improvement!
