1 month agoI recently shopped at Gardner-White and had a pretty disappointing experience. The selection was decent, but the customer service was lacking. I felt ignored and it took forever to get assistance. The quality of the furniture I bought was okay, but definitely not worth the price. Delivery was delayed, which was super frustrating. Overall, I expected more and probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

1 month agoI recently shopped at Gardner-White and had mixed feelings about my experience. The selection of furniture is decent, but I found the prices to be a bit steep for the quality. Customer service was hit or miss; some staff were helpful, while others seemed uninterested. It took longer than expected for my order to be processed, which was frustrating. The delivery team was friendly, but they arrived later than the scheduled time. I really wanted to love my new couch, but it arrived with a small scratch. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience. I might consider checking out other stores next time. Just okay, but not great!

1 month agoTitle: Disappointing Experience I was really excited to shop, but what a letdown! The selection was sparse, and the prices felt way too high for the quality. Customer service was unhelpful when I had questions. It took forever to get my order delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged. I expected more for my money. Never shopping here again!

1 month agoI had such high hopes for Gardner White, but my experience was a total letdown. The delivery was delayed multiple times, and I was left waiting for weeks. When my furniture finally arrived, it was damaged and not at all what I expected. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my complaints. I felt like just another number to them. The quality of the furniture is nowhere near worth the price I paid. I had to chase them down for a resolution, which was frustrating. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. I won’t be shopping here again!
