1 month agoI had high hopes for my purchase from this store, but I was a bit disappointed. The furniture looked great online, but when it arrived, it didn’t quite match the quality I expected. Assembly was a hassle, and some parts didn’t fit properly. Customer service was slow to respond when I reached out for help, which was frustrating. I also noticed a few scratches on the pieces, which was a letdown. The design is cute, but it feels a bit flimsy for the price I paid. I really wanted to love this place, but I’m left feeling underwhelmed. Maybe it was just a bad experience, but I’m not sure I’d buy from here again. Hope they improve because the concept is great!

1 month agoI recently ordered a few pieces from The Children's Furniture Company and had a pretty average experience. The selection is nice, and I found some cute items that my kids love. However, I found the shipping took a bit longer than expected, which was a bummer. The quality of the furniture is decent, but I was hoping for a bit more sturdiness. Customer service was friendly, but it felt like they were a bit overwhelmed. Overall, it's a decent place for children's furniture, but I think there’s room for improvement. I might check back for future purchases, but not sure yet!

1 month agoI recently ordered some furniture from The Children's Furniture Company and had a pretty mixed experience. The selection is decent, and I found a few cute pieces my kids loved. However, the shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating. When it finally arrived, one of the items had a small scratch, but the customer service was helpful in addressing it. Overall, the quality is good, but I think they could improve on delivery times and quality control. Not a bad option for kids' furniture, but I might shop around next time. Just okay, really!

1 month agoI had high hopes for this place, but my experience was a total letdown. The furniture took way longer to arrive than promised, and when it finally did, it was damaged. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed to not care at all. I felt like I was chasing them for answers. Overall, not worth the hassle. Definitely won't be shopping here again!

The delivery took longer than promised, and I had a few issues with missing parts. Customer service was nice, but it didn’t solve my problems quickly. Overall, I hoped for better!

Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer. Customer service was okay, but I wish they were more responsive. Overall, it’s an average experience that didn’t quite meet my expectations. 1 month agoI recently purchased a kids' bed from this store, and I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. The design looked great online, but the quality wasn’t what I expected when it arrived. The assembly instructions were confusing, and it took me way longer than it should have. Plus, one of the pieces was scratched, which was really frustrating. Customer service was polite but didn't offer much help. I was hoping for a smoother experience, especially after spending a good amount. The kids love the bed, but I wish the whole process had been better. I might think twice before ordering again. Just okay overall.
