1 month agoOdoo has some solid features that can really help streamline business processes, but it's not without its quirks. The interface is generally user-friendly, but I’ve run into some bugs that can be frustrating. Customization options are great, but they require a bit of a learning curve. Support can be hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, and other times it feels like you’re left hanging. Overall, it’s a decent platform if you’re willing to put in the effort. Just don’t expect everything to run smoothly right out of the box. I appreciate the flexibility, but it could use more polish. A solid 3 stars for potential and performance!

1 month agoI really wanted to like Odoo, but it's been a frustrating experience. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it hard to navigate. Customer support is a hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but most of the time, it feels like I’m talking to a wall. I’ve encountered too many bugs that disrupt my workflow. The documentation is confusing and often lacks the details I need. Plus, the pricing model feels sneaky with all the extra costs that pop up. I expected better for something that’s supposed to streamline my business. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed.
