1 month agoSana Commerce has its ups and downs, honestly. The platform is pretty user-friendly, which I appreciate, but I’ve run into some glitches that can be frustrating. The integration with our ERP was decent, but it took longer than expected to get everything sorted out. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, but other times it feels like I’m waiting forever for a response. I do like the overall design and layout—it’s clean and easy to navigate. However, I wish there were more customization options available. The pricing seems a bit steep for what you get. Overall, it’s not a bad choice, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m hoping they can make some updates to enhance the experience.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Sana Commerce, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. The user interface is clunky and not intuitive at all. I found myself struggling to navigate through everything, which wasted a lot of my time. Customer support was less than helpful when I reached out for assistance. Overall, not impressed and definitely wouldn't recommend it!

1 month agoI had high hopes for my experience with Sana Commerce, but it fell a bit short. The interface is nice enough, but navigating it can be frustrating at times. I ran into a few bugs that really slowed me down, and the support team took longer to respond than I expected. It feels like there’s a lot of potential here, but the execution just isn’t quite there yet. Some features are handy, but others seem outdated or confusing. Honestly, I wanted to love it, but I found myself more annoyed than anything. It could really use some improvements in user experience and customer service. I’m hoping they can work out the kinks because I see the vision. For now, though, I can only give it 2 stars.

1 month agoSana Commerce has some solid features for integrating e-commerce with ERP systems, which is a big plus. However, I found the user interface a bit clunky and not as intuitive as I hoped. The customer support is decent, but response times can be a bit slow during busy hours. I appreciate the variety of templates available, but customization options feel limited at times. The pricing is reasonable, but I wish there were more flexible plans. Overall, it’s a decent platform, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s worth a look if you’re in the ERP space!

1 month agoSana Commerce is een oké platform, maar het mist soms wat gebruiksvriendelijkheid. De functionaliteit is prima, maar er zijn betere alternatieven beschikbaar. Al met al is het een gemiddelde ervaring.
