1 month agoI was really excited to try out a Segway, but my experience was a total letdown. The website was confusing, and I couldn't find the info I needed. When I finally got my product, it arrived late and was missing parts. Customer service was unhelpful and took ages to respond. Overall, not worth the hassle—definitely won't be buying again!

1 month agoI recently checked out Segway, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The rides are definitely fun and unique, giving a great sense of freedom. However, I found the website a bit tricky to navigate at times. It took me longer than expected to find the info I needed. The customer service was decent, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. The products look cool, but the pricing seemed a bit steep for what you get. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re curious, but don’t expect perfection. Just an average experience for me!
