1 month agoI've used Abus products a few times, and they definitely have a solid range. The quality is decent, but I feel like some items could use a bit of improvement. Shipping was okay, but it took longer than I expected. Customer service was friendly, but I had to wait on hold for a while. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus! Overall, I think they have potential, but there’s room for growth. I’d recommend checking them out, just don’t expect perfection.

1 month agoI had high hopes for ABUS, but my experience left me a bit disappointed. The quality of their products seems solid at first glance, but I’ve had issues with a couple of items not working as expected. Customer service took longer than I’d like to respond, which was frustrating. I expected more from a brand with such a good reputation. The website is also a bit clunky and hard to navigate, making it tough to find what I needed. Shipping was slower than anticipated, which added to my frustration. I really wanted to love my purchase, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. I might give them another shot in the future, but for now, I’m left feeling underwhelmed. Overall, not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoI've been using ABUS products for a while now, and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, their locks are pretty sturdy and give me some peace of mind. I really appreciate the variety they offer, so there's something for everyone. However, I did have a couple of issues with customer service – took longer than expected to get a response when I had questions. The website could also use a little polish; it’s not always super user-friendly. Shipping was decent, but I wish there were more tracking updates. Overall, I think they do a good job, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say they’re solid but not outstanding. Here’s hoping they step up their game!

1 month agoI recently ordered a product from Abus, and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. The website was easy to navigate, but my order took way longer to arrive than expected. When it finally got here, I found a couple of scratches on the item, which isn’t what I was hoping for. Customer service was friendly but not very helpful with my concerns. I expected better quality based on their reputation. It feels like they might be cutting corners. I really wanted to love this product, but I’m just not impressed. I might think twice before ordering again. Overall, it’s just okay.
