1 month agoI recently checked out Syma, and it's a mixed bag for me. The variety of products is decent, which is a plus. I liked some of the drone options they have, but I wish the site was a bit easier to navigate. Sometimes it feels cluttered, and finding what I want can be a hassle. The prices are reasonable, but I think a few items could use a quality boost. Customer service was okay, but I expected a quicker response time. Shipping was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Overall, it’s not a bad shopping experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I might come back, but I’m not jumping at the chance. Just average for now!
